This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the site pinkandginger.com

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Payments

If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping will be refunded to the buyer by the seller.

Please allow enough time for your item(s) to arrive, we are not responsible for items that have exceeded the expected delivery time. However, we can assist you in tracking your items. Items are tracked and signed depending on the countries shipping rules. Shipments made in the festive seasons may have a delayed arrival.

We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

The cut off point for next day delivery is 15:00 (GMT). Items purchased after 15:00 will be shipped for next day delivery the day after.

We want you to be pleased with your purchases from us at Pink and Ginger so we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with, providing you return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days, 28 days for international customers. We will provide you with a prepaid return postage label to make the return a hassle free experience, unpaid return label will be provided for international customers. We would appreciate being advised on the reasons for sending the item(s) back, please take time to fill in the return slip to make the refund smoother when we receive the item.

Proof of postage will be required should the item not reach us.

An item may be cancelled up until the item has been dispatched. Once dispatched the buyer will have to await the item to start a refund process.

Any complaints that you have regarding the items or service provided, please feel free to contact us on: info@pinkandginger.co.uk, each case will be looked at individually, we will be sure to respond within 48 hours of receiving the complaint.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. These terms and conditions are subject to change.
